Product Marketing Manager

WorldAPP, an established multi-national mobile data collection software company with a start-up feel, is seeking a hands-on leader to drive product success within enterprises. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Product Marketing Manager will own the go-to-market growth strategy and execution for WorldAPP’s product offerings. He/she will collaborate with the VP of Product and the Product Management team to ensure that product development and product marketing strategy and execution are well aligned.


  • Conduct market and competitive analysis
  • Develop market requirements for new products
  • Size and define target market segments
  • Develop buyer personas and journey
  • Define compelling value propositions, product positioning and messaging
  • Create and execute the global go-to-market strategy
  • Drive high-impact product launches
  • Drive strategy for upsell/cross-sell and retention
  • Perform sales enablement activities such as the creation of sales tools and training.


  • 5+ years of product marketing experience with SaaS/mobile apps for enterprises
  • Demonstrated track record of creating and executing a robust product marketing strategy as well as compelling value propositions and messaging that resonated with the market and resulted in high sales growth
  • Equally comfortable with strategic thinking and creative execution
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communications
  • Self-starter with the ability to adapt and multi-task
  • MBA (preferred)
