Position Summary

WorldAPP is looking for a Sales Engineer with a positive attitude, team player mindset, and a strong willingness to learn. The Sales Engineer will design solutions using our SaaS platform, articulate technology, and position solutions to both business and technical users. They will be working on a daily basis with different departments from Sales to Professional Services and Product Management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Learn WorldAPP products and value statement at a detailed level to become a proficient user of the company products
  • Document requirements, business cases, existing system information
  • Preparation and execution of demonstrations of the technology both in person and remote to prove out the statement of product value
  • Coordinate technical and other resources as appropriate to nurture deal through sales process and assist in quote, proposal, RFI response and other documentation

  • Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects with multiple deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML and CSS
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field is strongly preferred

Nice to have:

  • Working knowledge of API
  • Proven track record of success, innovation and initiative
  • Prior experience in a sales/pre-sales support role with SaaS solutions in the B2B environment
