Cal is the company’s co-founder and a proven entrepreneur with successful business start-up history in the spheres of marketing, publishing and software development. Cal’s latest and most successful startup was Salary.com which went public in 2007, with market capitalization of over $180 million. Cal has also held positions as VP of Marketing for Palo Alto Software, VP of Marketing for Pro CD, Inc., and Creative Director at Keegan Hudson & Shansky (a leading advertising and marketing agency).
Stan is the co-founder of WorldAPP and has over twenty years’ experience designing and developing client-server and web environment applications. Before founding WorldAPP, Stan was involved in a few start-up companies as a co-founder with development responsibilities. He was a software consultant to clients such as Fidelity Investments and American Stores Company. Stan received a Master’s Degree in applied mathematics from Moscow State University and earned a Ph.D. in computer science from the Institute of Control Sciences RAS in Moscow.
Dr. William E. (Bill) Brown was President of Bryan College and Cedarville University. Currently, he serves as the Senior Fellow of Worldview and Culture at the Chuck Colson Center in Washington, DC, and as the President of Radical Leadership. As a nationally recognized speaker and expert in culture and worldview, he mentors business leaders and assists colleges, schools and organizations in being more effective and employee-centered. Dr. Brown has authored several books and more than a hundred articles for journals, magazines, encyclopedias, and newspapers. His writings have been quoted in various national newspapers and magazines, including Reader’s Digest and Christianity Today.
Ron joined the board in 2014 with an extensive background in the Venture Capital realm. He is the Managing Director and founder of Diversified Capital, a $150M fund, and partner in its sister, CareBourn Capital. The current portfolio of 11 companies sees revenues exceeding $120M. He has personally taken three companies public on the OTCBB, and was the CEO of a publicly traded company that grew over 100% to see revenues in excess of $200M. He is also a Professor of Finance and Entrepreneurship at Cincinnati Christian University and a member of their Board of Trustees. Mr. Heineman has held several positions in private, nonprofit, and public companies as a Chief Restructuring officer and turnaround officer.
Greg is a founder and the Managing Partner of Bay Capital Investment Partners. Bay Capital provides debt and equity to growth companies in the middle market. Greg has over 25 years of lending and investing experience in middle market transactions. He serves as a board member for several other organizations, including Control Cam, LLC, Claris Vision, Renovation Brands and Summit Sports, LLC and is the former President of the Northeast Regional Small Business Investor Alliance ("SBIA").
